Your portfolio stays yours

Tivolio was built for people who don't want to hand their portfolio to another service. There's no server behind it at all.

  • No account, no analytics, no ads.
  • Your positions are saved in Chrome's own storage, and follow you to other computers only if Chrome sync is on.
  • To get prices, Tivolio sends ticker symbols to Yahoo Finance and Nasdaq. Never your share counts or amounts.
  • Save a backup file whenever you like. Tivolio also saves one every week.

Questions

Is Tivolio free?

Yes. Tivolio is free during the beta with every feature unlocked. If you find it useful you can support it at ko-fi.com/tivolio.

Do I need an account or my broker login?

No. There is no account and Tivolio never connects to your broker. You type in your positions or import them from a spreadsheet, and they are saved in Chrome's own storage.

Where do the prices come from?

Prices, price history and dividends come from Yahoo Finance, and earnings dates from Nasdaq. They refresh every couple of minutes and can be delayed, so Tivolio is for keeping an eye on your portfolio, not for trading.

Can I import my portfolio from a spreadsheet?

Yes. Tivolio reads Excel (.xlsx) and CSV files, or cells pasted from Google Sheets or Excel, and can export your portfolio back to a spreadsheet.

Which stocks and currencies does it support?

Anything Yahoo Finance lists: US and international stocks, ETFs, funds and crypto. Each holding keeps its own currency, and totals can be shown in US dollars, euros, pounds and other major currencies.

Does Tivolio send my data anywhere?

No. Tivolio has no server, no analytics and no ads. To get prices it asks public services for ticker symbols only, never your share counts or amounts.

What happens to my data if I change computers?

If Chrome sync is on, your portfolio follows you to your other computers. You can also save a backup file at any time, and Tivolio saves one automatically every week.
